An ad or promotion that GovConferences does not approve is refunded in full, automatically. If an event you promoted is cancelled, rejected or unlisted, the days that have not run are refunded automatically. Days that have run, subscription periods already started and credits already used are not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, normally within 5 to 10 business days, and you can write to support@govconferences.com about any charge.
